• Pay agreed fees or compensation as outlined in campaign agreements.

• Avoid requiring influencers to engage in misleading, offensive, or illegal promotional activities.


8. Payments & Fees

• Followerfy may charge service fees for the use of its Platform.

• Payment terms, fees, and compensation structures will be outlined at the time of engagement.

• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges related to Services.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.


9. Intellectual Property
